Coach Clarence Jones is the founder and owner of Player Progression Goals. He began his coaching career in 2011 at Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Center.
He became the men's basketball head coach. Jones was a student and coach at Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Center. He studied cement masonry in the mornings and coached basketball in the evenings.
Jones and the Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Eagles had a successful season. He won the 2011 Smoky Mountain Conference Coach of the Year award.
He continued coaching after Job Corps. Jones took his talents to Albuquerque, New Mexico and became a volunteer coach.
He volunteered with the YMCA and i9 Sports for five years. Jones later became a middle school assistant and head basketball coach. He coached middle school basketball for six years.
Jones is currently a camp, clinic, and player development coach in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
