
Clarence Jones is the founder and owner of Player Progression Goals. He began coaching in 2011 at Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Center.

Jones was a student and coach at Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Center. In the mornings, he studied cement masonry and in the evenings, he coached basketball.
​
Jones and the Lyndon B. Johnson Eagles had a successful season. He won the 2011 Smoky Mountain Conference Coach of the Year award.
​
He continued coaching after Job Corps. Jones took his talents to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and became a volunteer coach.
He volunteered with the YMCA and i9 Sports for five years. Jones later became a middle school assistant and head basketball coach. ​He coached middle school basketball for six years.​

Jones is a camp, clinic, and player development coach in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
